Well... It's been some time since my last blog, I think. Didn't really bother to look at my last one. Just blog, as they say.
Anyways, today's an x-xamintaion for some of my students - Bio of course. Gave them a paper of 6 questions (SO LITTLE!) for about an hour, and they complained about it!!! What?!?!?! 6 questions only and u all say too short a time?!?!?! u have 10 minutes for each question!!!! should be enough there!!!!
There!!! My annoyance at that complain is done.
Now getting ready to mark the papers... Have a couple of ponstans and panadols next to me already, just in case their answers are sooooooo good it gives me a headache.

American Idol
So... The wait is finally going to end. who's gonna be this season's idol ? Adam or Kris?
I dono, i don really care.....
This season's one is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo overhyped right from the beginning, that it actually turned me off from watching it now.... Even b4 the auditions were shown, the media was screaming that this year's is sooo good, that there had to be 36 semifinalist (GASP!) instead of normal 24. IT's soo good that there's 13 finalist instead of usual 12 (GASP!!)... There's even a time where the judges will try and save an idolist from terminated! (GASP!!!)
Then it came. Auditions were...enjoyable... The hollywood were... annoying especially fot the so called Norman Gentle, the gay boy and that self absorbed Tatiana....And they could choose specifically... people who forget lyrics but still go in... while others can't.... Talk about biasedness there...
Of course, through the voting for finalist, u have token contestants of different ethnic groups and backgrounds....
You have the slumdog, the redneck, the tatooed lady, and the gay/gay looking singer...
What bites in this season is that the finalist do not have good voice at all... those that the judges rave are actually quite bad, barring a few. Otherwise, they sing off key, or scream instead of singing. take that Lil Rounds for example. She can not sing... Whatever song she holds, she yells loud so that the judges applaud her MIGHTY VOICE.... Yet she is defensive to being annoying...
Slumdog? Let's just not talk about him... It's the slumdog season...Nuff said.
redneck? Dissapointing.
Tatooed gal? More disappointing... How can she sing so good at the beginning and ended so bad? Not to mention her attitude for the contest suddenly?She does remind me of Reese Witherspoon though :p
the rest are mediocre that I'm seriously surprised that the judges are applauding them every single week... Rock chick? Self absorbed.... Jazzy Matt? Fashion only.... Blind Scott? No comment for the disabled one....
Even now as I'm "speaking" here, the finals were between 2 so massively different contestants... the MIGHTY HAPPY Adam Lambert from bradway against the kriss allen... Who? reminds me of the fight in season 6 - Jordin Sparks vs beatbox boy....
Of course, one cannot finish up this roll call without mentioning the sad Danny Gokey... Who entered to tell us his sobbing sad story... His wife passed away from a heart condition a month before the auditions... GOD REST HER SOUL.
Yes...sad, I'm sorry to hear that...But enough already after that audition... Hollywood, he talks about it....Semifinals he does the same... First 2 weeks of finals... songs sweetly about LIFE.... Then tragedy struck. His grandfather passwed away too.. My sincere condolences to you, Gokey...
And it was good (ploy?) he didn't mention it then...
After that, I realized that he's actually riding on that story itself!!! Why? Cos his songs weren't good then... He screamed through a ballad... tried a rock song with very very INTERESTING results and went mediocre... People may say I'm dead biased for saying that cos he has a good voice... Of course he has a good voice. He has a loud Screaming voice too, that he uses nearly every single week!!!
So.. with this, I end me short comments on this season's idol.. I know it'll bound to hit the roof with many &!*t as how I say about them, but hey... It's a free Blogging world right? You have the right to say what's on your #&%*(#^ mind about anything isn't it?

well. My pals who read my blog was enquiring on me... How come no update...Update lah... Oi... Update wei...
Fine. I can tell u all I'm not into the update much nowadays, especially now that my laptop's wifi card got konked.... How? I dono... but kinda not doing it...
And yet, if I don update it, sure people still ask one.
But one week of updating is actually tiring. Trying to type a week's worth of adventures takes up your energy one :p

She drives me crazy
Yes! Many people on the road that drives me crazies.... are "she"s!!!!!
And yes! I'm talking about the ladies out there!!! I'm not trying to be gender biased or something, mayb I am. But with a good reason. Admit it people, even if u don wanna asay it loud, that half the time drivers that annoy u are... Ladies.
I could relate to the many happenings that make me say this, but lets try not to. Of course not every single one of them drive like it's their road or something - I have lady friends who drive well too. But 80% of them seriously annoy the Hell out of you one, by the way they drive. As I say, these ladies drive as if the whole road is paved for them to drive one. Any one else must either let them drive first or get banged without mercy!!!
I was driving along LDP yesterday morning to my college, when I slowed towards a small turn on the left. suddenly along came a BMW M series from that turning, and just up and turned without even stopping to look at oncoming cars (including me who was on that lane!!!) I had to brake in order not to bang onto the car. When it turned, it was a lady who drove.
Less than 1 minute, from the same highway - a 8 lane highway (4 lanes per side lar)... As I was nearing my turn, a car came out again from a left opening, didn't stop to look, but instead sped off just like that all the way to the righmost lane, without even a signal!!! Driver? LADY.... U can actually hear other cars from other lanes braking there to avoid crashing to her....
this prompts me to think. Why are these ladies driving like this?! they scream that it's double standard if the guys treat them in any way while on the road, and yet they can do this to us?!?! They think that we shouldn't treat them harshly on the road, cause they're females after all, but they resort to near "mafia" behaviour when they drive instead. ladies, admit it, when u drive, half the time it's also other ladies that annoy you....
What's more. These lady drivers are more reckless on the road when they have a new/beautiful/continental car - BMW,AlfaRomeo, Mercedes, Volvo and such like those. They seriously take advantege of it then, driving like it's only them on the road...
AAAaaarrrrgggggggghhhhh!!!! The more I write this the more I get angry about it!!!
Please lady drivers!!! Have the decency to obey the rules when you drive on the road... Try and drive nicely ok?!?!

Holi holiday
Finally. A 3 days break into the weekend after such a hectic week!!!! yay!!!! :p
still have things to do though... the papers...exams... papers... exam... sigh...
But not doing it today, as of Friday, the 1st of May!!!! It's worker's day DUDE!!! so not doing any work today. In fact, woke up at 12pm today just to have lunch...chee chong fun and some yong tau foo... Now just munching into some biscuits, after having a pint of chocolate ice cream from NZ Ice cream - my sister bought for me yesterday...
Now hungry pulak...
there. that's me room for those who wants to know... Hahahahaha!!!! And yes, There's an x box there, the LCD TV (32"), a small hifi system, and the GH World tour apparatus for the Xbox. Got about 3 board games too - Pandemic, Mall of horror and Pirate's Cove... Yes, my room is very child like... so many games and messy :p
