There are 4 main groups of people when it comes to conversations with other people of workplace:

1 - Those who stutter/stammer/speaks slowly as they find it intimidating to speak to the higher ones. They tend to lag in receiving input from the authoritative people, that they do not know what is being spoken most of the time.

2 - Those who speak and treats the authoritative like their relatives/friends. They are so direct to the higher ones that they are blindsided by what effects the conversation might achieve.

3- Those who would do anything to get something in retur by the authorative ones, be it a praise, or a flitting glance.

4 - Those who talks slowly to their authorative ones cos they are trying to tell them what goes into his/her fast processing mind. Yet, words spoken are slower than the brain.

U are my colleague and friend. but not to the point where i need to get ur attention.
I do know what u aare trying to tell me, and I do know what to tell u. You think I'm slow.
